Tightened, more professional and efficient business practices - will they work?

This recession is turning out to be more threatening than we all feared. When such major economic forces are at work we all are compelled to act in order to survive. At Kirkdale I find there are more conversations now happening with existing businesses. They realise old methods will not be enough.

But here’s the catch 22. The business is threatened so you can’t take risks but if you don’t take risks the business won’t survive.

How can you break out? Courage to still take risks; maybe. Some sort of method to increase confidence in the outcome and maximise the opportunity for success; certainly this would help.
